“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. Main responsibilities

You will ensure the role of Delivery leader in Singapore leading a team in charge of Post Trade Credit IT systems for the filiere Bonds or RSF, directly reporting to head of section Post Trade.

Summary of Position

• The ITSM Manager is assigned to lead and improve the Incident, Problem, Configuration and Service Quality of IT Production Services in the bank. A key component of this role is to ensure consistency and control over the management of major processes.

Main Responsibilities

Incident Management

The HOS Team Manager has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.

As the manager of his/her team, he/she:

• Sets and reviews the work organization according to activity’s requirements and people’s needs and validates the schedules,

As the manager of his/her scope of activity, he/she:

• Meets clients on a regular basis to discuss improvement plans, action plans, evolving threats and changing risks, and provide feedback on policies, standards, procedures, guidelines. SIT leads security for GIT and is the main entry point for clients outside of GIT (ISS, BCP, LGL, and Compliance for security topics).
• The service includes, but is not limited to, incident management (fault investigation, resolution escalations of all monitoring alerts and user initiated problem calls/tickets) and request management, but also global projects like participation in global Infra events (like Power down and DR Tests)
• Ensures activity is performed in compliance with norms, standards, processes and procedures,
• Controls quality of the RUN activities for all applications of all Business Lines.
• Reporting and auditing
• Implements cross-functions activities including continuous improvement initiatives,
• Estimates the yearly budget, sets monthly forecasts and follows up BAU/Project monthly balance.
• Promote and foster new way of working and encourage the team to actively participate to the transformation towards DEVOPS and automation

As the first point of contact for the Service Provider, he/she:

• Manages the daily relationship with the Service Provider and escalates when needed,
• Follows up Provider KPI and related actions,

As a member of ISAP/ITS, he/she:

• Facilitates collaboration and spread of information from and to the team,
• Participates to the department’s activities including brainstorming, team building and other team or transversal actions,
• Fosters innovation mindset and learning culture.
• Contributes to ISAP/ITS global branding and communication
• Manage budget (once a year) and forecast (monthly)
• Optimize use of the team to improve efficiency

Candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT Experience with at least 5 years of management experience and managing multiple services/technologies and people.
• Experience on Devops and SRE will be an added advantage.

The Department and position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.

“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many frontline IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.

The division Transversal Ops is in charge of control and trade processing like: collateral, confirmation, payment, Fees & Brokerage, as well as reference data (static & market data)

The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery in-house component platform in line with the major global projects with a high value budget. You will lead and keep engage 2 to 3 teams composed by business analyst, technical lead, software developers and Application support.

Main responsibilities

You will have 2 main responsibilities:

As the regional IT Head for Transversal Ops division in the APAC region, you serve as the IT representative in Asia for the Global IT head of the division. You are integral part of the Global Division IT Board, providing leadership in your role. As the primary escalation, you are the first point toward the Business and Support Functions for project delivery and production incidents with to his Regional Filiere activities.

As a global manager overseeing multiple team, your role involves coordinating and leading teams to ensure seamless project deliveries and production support for head office.

In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your teams deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.

You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.

As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), you will forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. There will be a limited travel aspect to this role (approx. 25%).

A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

• At least 10 years in Software development or DevOps team
• At least 5 years in application support leadership
• Solid experience with business interaction
• At least 5-year experience with international investment banking domain
• Relevant experience into reconciliation, valuation, confirmation, or static market data and collateral

Good to have

• Understanding of trade life cycle, financial products (Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, IRD…)
• Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO system (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex…)

Overview

You will be working directly with cross-functional, cross-institutional business leads to analyse and improve the credit and collection practices for NUHS Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an end-to-end analysis on current credit and collection practices in NUHS Business Office Shared Services with the aim to improve collection rate.
• Work with institution’s Operation teams to improve, tighten and comply with upfront credit management practices for non-resident patients.
• Monitor inflight patient’s bill escalation for deposit top-up, collection of past outstanding bills, conference with patient / Next-Of-Kind / Doctor / MSW on patient’s financial affordability for complex cases.
• Follow up on Non-Residents bills post discharge, including liaise with Corporates and Insurance Companies on LOG, work with MOM, ICA or other statutory board for assistance on outstanding bills relating to foreign workers, prisoners and illegal immigrants, including initiate legal actions
• Manage and review outsourced partner (1FSS) work according to SLA – reminder letters, collection agencies, patient enquiries hotline, write-off paper
• Summarise and communicate to management team on key issues, risks and key performance indicators to manage the process of various measures
• Partner with Data Protection Office to develop and improve on existing controls and processes in compliance with PDPA Act
• Participate in projects and system implementation in term of controls and risk assessment on credit management
• Work closely with internal and external auditors

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business or the equivalent with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in credit management, audit or compliance.
• Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Process Redesign, SAP and Microsoft Office suite
