The Department and position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.

“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many frontline IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. Main responsibilities

You will have 2 main responsibilities:

As the regional IT Head for Transversal Ops division in the APAC region, you serve as the IT representative in Asia for the Global IT head of the division. You are integral part of the Global Division IT Board, providing leadership in your role. As the primary escalation, you are the first point toward the Business and Support Functions for project delivery and production incidents with to his Regional Filiere activities.

As a global manager overseeing multiple team, your role involves coordinating and leading teams to ensure seamless project deliveries and production support for head office.

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

• At least 10 years in Software development or DevOps team
• At least 5 years in application support leadership

Good to have

As a Business Analyst within the CCS team, you will be put in-charge of developing and maintaining the digital solutions for CA-CIB.

Our digital solution is tailored to our corporate customers across the globe, allowing access to complete reporting of all their accounts, treasury and trade finance operations and process payments across markets.

Having to implement new digital solutions for the bank, you will tap on your business acumen to effectively communicate strategic ideas and work together in a team with Developers, Project Managers, Technical Lead and Co-Business Analysts.

Main responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your field of work includes the following:

• Propose solutions for the new requirements.
• Write functional specifications, mock-ups and diagrams for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Prepare demo/presentation materials and release notes.
• Keep up-to date the existing documentation (data dictionary, user guide etc.).
• Communicate with support team for Production matters.
• Provide and monitor application support.
• Facilitate various test activities (regression, integration, functional test).
• Prepare functional test cases - prepare acceptance report summary on per release basis.
• Provide regular support (prepare testing steps) to test automation experts.
• Define functional test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers to support other departments’ testing / developer teams.
• Record issues utilizing tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management.
• Prepare and maintain documents (Release Notes, Test Plans/Guides, Project Requirement Baseline, Functional Specifications, User Stories and other standard documents).
• Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality.
• Coordinate with business teams and co-contributors

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in an “Agile Delivery Environment”, sound knowledge of latest Java related technologies and software development procedures.
• Good understanding of both IT systems and business processes, and a discipline to follow defined procedures.
• Tenacious in sourcing information, attention to details, ability to evaluate and summarize, skills in confidentiality, discretion and judgement are vital.
• Possess intellectual curiosity and interest in finding new ways to do things, and a willingness to work on new topics and to collectively propose innovative solutions
• Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking and problem–solving aptitude, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and suspicious activity prediction.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree (PhD, Master's, Bachelor's) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience building risk models such as Application Score, Behavior Score, PD, EAD, LGD (Basel or IFRS 9), especially for retail customers in diverse countries including Singapore.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management throughout the customer journey within fintech or risk-focused environments.
• Domain expertise in retail credit products, banking, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Snowflake and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Technical proficiency in data retrieval, data modeling, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Strong familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques, statistical classification/regression for credit risk.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
• Bonus: Familiarity with implementing models using Terraform scripts, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD technologies, AWS, or MLOps.
