Plan and Implement Curriculum and Programmes

• Implement routine caregiving approaches and learning materials aligned to the Early Years Development Framework

Build Stakeholder Relationships and Partnerships

• Support the coordination of activities between home and Centre
• Support the collaboration with families and community stakeholders to enhance programmes and services

Manage Family and Community Programmes

• Collaborate with colleagues to execute outreach activities to promote Centre programmes and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute collaborative projects with families and community stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvements

Conduct Routine Caregiving

• Conduct caregiving assessment and oversee the infant care department
• Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance to standards and procedures
• Provide inputs on areas for improvements for routine caregiving based on observations

Uplift Professional Practice

• Demonstrate behaviour that is aligned with the Centre's vision, mission and values
• Contribute to the development of appropriate teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging sector trends, technologies and tools
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance work performance
• Participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities
• Provide inputs for potential new teaching and caregiving approaches based on observations

Job Holder Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications: Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) and Diploma in Early Years (L2) other qualifications as required by ECDA (if applicable)

• First contact for applicants, answer phone calls and reply email queries.
• Assist in admissions and discharge processes.
• Keep proper records of resident’s / client’s file, ensure completion of forms and data are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct financial Means Test and determine the subsidy quantum.
• Liaise with resident’s / client’s NOK or guarantor regarding subsidy, billing, and charges.
• Update ILTC portal on required information.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports.
• Debt management, remind clients on due payments and outstanding balance.
• Contribute and ensure that the department meet its KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• at least 1 year of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing)
• Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements)
• Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate
• Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
• Provide guidance and advice on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
• To be an effective coach/leader to fellow team members
• Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement
• Ensure the timely circularization of AR chaser emails and timely collection of AR

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy / ACCA equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of working experience relevant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
