Bilingual Student Care Teacher

Roles and Responsibility :

• Create a fun and comfortable learning environment for students
• Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Prepare and execute creative lesson plans that make learning fun
• Innovate new teaching methods to help students excel in their studies
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre
• Regular liaison with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour
• Organise school holiday activities and programs
• Be a role model and inspiration for the student
• Counselling and addressing student behaviour as needed

Requirements :

• Bilingual in English / Chinese
• Minimally Good O level or Above
• Able to guide primary school subjects
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Love children and the learning process
• Have experience in teaching children, preferably at primary level

Working hours are weekdays from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Once accepted for the program, the main responsibility will be implementing and supervising all aspects of daily learning and development activities for children enrolled in the student care centre.

Role Description

Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for young children, planning activities and lessons, and monitoring their progress. The role involves fostering a nurturing and inclusive education setting to promote the children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

* L1/L2 Certification in Early Childhood Education

* Demonstrated experience working with young children in preschool or childcare setting

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with children, parents and colleagues effectively

* Knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education best practices

* Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for children

We are looking for a part-time receptionist and the remuneration is based on an hourly basis.

We require candidates to commit for at least 3 months or long-term and be able to start immediately.
