Our client is a leading medical solutions provider in Asia. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Solution Specialist (Intensive Care) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Team Lead to offer consultative services to clients, for both renovation projects and new installations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, focusing on providing excellent service and achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Assist the Team Lead in developing and executing business strategies for new product lines and market opportunities.
• Improve relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and ensure regular client engagement to enhance connections.
• Grow the customer base by networking and building relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Attend and participate in trend show or exhibitions, to stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Oversee the entire product life cycle management for various models and SKUs.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science / Science or other relevant field studies
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in medical equipment

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hearing care to our clients. Your duties will include conducting hearing assessments for both adults and children, prescribing and fitting hearing aids, providing rehabilitation services, and performing other related tasks. Additionally, you will play a role in developing the clinic’s business through community engagement activities to support growth in your area.

We offer a competitive base salary with incentives. You will be required to support our outlets island-wide.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree/ Master Degree in Audiology is required.

· Excellent audiological skills and knowledge

· Good interpersonal skills with a patience and caring nature.

· Candidate with retail experience is preferred

· Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
