Work Hours

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:

· Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.

The successful candidate will assist in sales order processing, customer coordination, and providing essential support to the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with some experience or fresh graduates to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers professionally regarding the status of sales orders, including stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Prepare sales quotations accurately and promptly.
• Provide customer support during both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Assist the sales team by providing necessary sales and customer support.
• Generate monthly reports on inventory status.

Requirements:
