The Customer Care team is responsible for serving as the customer’s main point of contact for quoting and placing orders for Drew products and services and assisting in the resolution to a customer’s inquiry or issue. Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Laboratory Technician to be part of their Labortory Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Laboratory Technician:

• Assist in routine lab tasks such as paint preparation, panel setup, and airless spray applications.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis for paint products.
• Support chemists in development projects, including managing stock levels for panels, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside the lab under supervision.
• Handle non-chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe work environment by following ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress or delays effectively with the line manager.
• Ensure workplace safety, especially in handling chemicals, and follow preventive measures to reduce risks.
