Under general direction, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing the technical sales aspects including segment, product line & technology packages, and all relevant technical supporting activities throughout the entire sales process. The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit

• Track and manage legal agreements, and maintain legal agreement database,
• Facilitate the negotiation and execution of legal agreements,
• Provide support to facilitate the training and guiding of staff on compliance (HBRA & PDPA),
