Job Responsibilities

• Fully utilize inhouse system to handle air export shipment bookings
• Co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders on shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely preparation of documents (invoices, report, permit, Airway bill)
• Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
• Ensure on time cost approval as well as GST billing and collection

H/She may provide support to clinicians by preparing treatment rooms. H/She is required to perform department operations such as administration of clinic’s appointment resources and slots management. H/She assists in on-the-job training for new patient service associate staff and participates in quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide front-desk services:

· Manage and respond to enquiries
