Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer enquiries, agents & complaints
• Arrange trucking, transportation & collection
• Co-ordinate & monitor shipment with carriers and clients
• Process custom permit
• Process booking for shipments with shipping lines/consol & prepare shipping documents
• Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
• Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
• Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs
• Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
• Bonus if possess 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in the shipping/freight forwarding industry
• Experienced with export documentation and shipping systems, such as online booking, declaring custom permit
• Able to speak in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
