Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Ensure all safety protocols are, and range rules are followed, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe behavior.

2. Answering questions, offering guidance on range rules. Ensuring players have a positive experience.

3. Assisting with the sale of golf balls, topping up of range cards.

4. To prepare end-of-day sales reports and sales summary for submission to the Finance Department.

5. Ensuring the range, ball dispensers are in working order and reporting any maintenance needs.

6. Inspecting hitting areas, mats and keeping the range in top condition. Overseeing ball collection and replenishment for efficient operations.

7. Handling disputes or concerns among players calmly and professionally and managing crowded times to prevent disruptions.

8. Collecting and managing lost items, ensuring they are stored safely and returned to their owners when possible.

9. Responsible for setting up the range in the morning and securing it in the night as needed.

Job Objectives

• Within the framework of the Customer Services policy, the jobholder represents Airbus on site at the airline facility or in a HUB. He/She provides remotely or on-site technical assistance, having contact with Engineering, Maintenance, Flight Operations, Training and Spares, ensuring communication between the airline and Airbus, in order to satisfy the Airbus Customer Services obligations towards the airline and support future sales.
• If the job holder is the only representative in the airline or station, then he will manage the station.
• Activities can be performed in either a permanent station environment, within an EIS team or a multi AIB station. In certain circumstances the SFSR may be nominated as a CSC (Customer Support Contact) in case of no CSD being allocated and as agreed with SCY FSD.

Job Responsibilities

• If the jobholder is not alone in Station, he/she will support the FSM in daily activities, ensure proper reporting to Airbus via FSM. If the jobholder is alone in the station, on top of daily activities, he/she is to ensure proper direct reporting to Airbus.
• Provide technical advice and transfer know-how to Line Maintenance department at Entry In to Service of a new A/C type within a customer. This may involve matching working hours to Flight schedule for a limited period of time (weeks or months according to the A/C maturity).
• Interface and communicate with all departments at Airbus and the airline taking into account the changing organizations.
• Solve aircraft technical problems whilst under high pressure from the airline during aircraft on ground (AOG) situations to mitigate airline involves financial exposure.
• Demonstrate reactivity in front of Customer queries including timely facilitation of tech request.
• Influence airlines to embody OEB (in particular RED OEB) in order to enhance fleet safety.
• Be able to provide assistance on a wide variety of issues, not limited to technical.
• Provide swift and pragmatic solutions to technical related matters on the aircraft in order to limit issues becoming emotionally charged
• Be proactive in supporting the airline technical operation, including Flight Operations, Training and Spares.
• Act as communication and cultural facilitator within the Airbus FS team
• Maintain a business relationship with the airline and the home base.
• Adapt to specific airlines, cultural and climatic environments

Secondary Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the SSD for Chargeable Support (Customer Service Agreements and Purchase Agreements), coordination of sold services follow-up via Upgrade Programme Managers, FHS Customer Programme Directors, Training Key Account Managers, NavBlue Product Managers, Digital Product Managers and Satair Sales Support Directors etc.
• Provide first line issue resolution and de-escalation
• Manage Support and Service Escalations & Claims
• Consolidate and Coordinate an Airline Visit Schedule
• Coordinate and Administer ERM (SMM) / FRM (TRM) Events
• Support regional SEE technical forums

Job Requirements

• Hold professional qualifications in aerospace engineering
• Have at least eight-years’ experience in the aviation industry
• Have at least-five year’s hands-on experience in working in an MRO/OEM/Airline
• Possess knowledge and awareness of contracting principles
• Have a strong level of aviation safety awareness
• Having a class 3 driving license will be an advantage
• Will need to have B1/B2 on A350, A380, A330Neo
• Have demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills
• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Be able to develop a business strategy supported by a robust business plan or other strategic imperatives
• Have demonstrated ability to work in multi-functional teams
• Be able to work autonomously and take initiative
• Possess an excellent track record of customer interfacing experience

The Customer Support Director is the prime interface and point of escalation for any major issues arising from the customers. Issues can be related to technical, spares, quality, commercial, safety, flight operations or any related subjects.

As Customer Support Director, your objective will include:

· Developing strong understanding of customer airline operations and creating support actions that can improve their business

· Anticipate issues arising that can be of impact to customers’ operations

· Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Airlines.

· Coordinate cross-functional support activities for your list of assigned customers.

· Lobbying and working with internal stakeholders and/or external vendor(s) for solutions to support customers

· Promoting the products and services developed by the ATR Customer Service Directorate.

ACTIVITIES

· Ensure daily contact with the Customers assigned to him/her on major support matters

· Monitoring of customers’ fleet utilization and anticipate any support requirements

· Visit the assigned Customers on a regular basis, in order to review overall support aspects including, but not limited to, technical matters, fleet performance, spares and repairs, commercial products and services including GMA, vendor issues, credit management and anticipation of future needs

· Ensure the coordination of all support matters within AES as far as his/her assigned Customers are concerned. Specific project management and follow-up shall be performed across ATR directorates and in full coordination with customers.

· Actively support AES’s Aircraft Sales Directors and other commercial services during sales campaigns of aircraft and/or services. In doing so, participate during the initial contact with potential customers in order to assess their specific needs

· Monitor Customer satisfaction and ensure proper communication is made on the matter

· Assist the Credit Management team in the efforts to collect on-time payments from the Customers

· Other duties as assigned.

PROFILE

· University degree or equivalent either in engineering or business management

· At least 7 years of professional experience in the following fields:

o Experience in an airline organization or in a position of customer support role

o Experience of aircraft manufacturer Customer Services organization and activities

· Understanding of aircraft systems and structures.

· Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance and operations.

· Commercial experience is a plus

· Ability to understand and synthesize complex issues and co-ordinate the activity of different working teams towards their resolution.

· Project management skills and ability to coordinate activities on a transversal basis Customer-orientation, communication and soft skills product quality conscious and understanding of operator’s constraints

· Frequent travelling is required

· Ability to work under stress conditions and ability to travel under short notice

· Languages: Fluent English. Chinese and French language speaking skill would be a plus.

· IT: Fluent with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
