We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Manager, with expertise in sea operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and facilitate activities related to NVOCC, sea export, sea import, triangle shipment, warehousing, and trucking. Resolve any operational-related issues promptly and effectively. Lead and supervise the ocean freight operations team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
