SENIOR/ EXECUTIVE, SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURE
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the dynamic team which plans, promotes, and executes initiatives on service delivery to enhance the customer experience at LTA's Customer Service Centre.
You will be responsible for coordinating programmes and welfare events, including providing administrative and logistical support.
[What we are looking for]
• Diploma in any discipline, with at least two years of working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in creating communication and presentation materials is a plus
