Direct Responsibilities

Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance

Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries

Test management for the front to finance chain

Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical

Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context

Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions Knowledge on Trade life cycle

Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies

Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

Understanding of Equity Derivative Products and Lifecycle events

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key

criteria

• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting,

accounting, group reporting chains

• Minimum 9+ Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience.
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.

• Active support for a healthy lifestyle and wellness initiatives.
• Ongoing in-house training and mentorship to support continuous development.

Job Description

• Draft and implement group accounting policies to ensure consistency across financial practices.
• Establish and implement internal control processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Oversee financial and accounting functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of both entity and consolidated financial reports, adhering to regulatory and reporting standards.
• Manage cash flow planning to ensure operational funds are available as needed.
• Prepare and review financial budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Support the preparation of materials for board and management meetings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel to meet statutory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate recording of all costs incurred.
• Manage the claims process for reimbursements and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor changes in regulations (e.g., MOM) and update management on relevant changes.
• Maintain proper financial controls and documentation to ensure transparency and an auditable trail.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in audit and/or finance functions, with strong accounting expertise.
• Self-starter with the ability to build and enhance financial functions and processes.
• Knowledge of digital assets is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is more important.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment, while supporting and guiding the team.
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, quick learner, and able to meet deadlines.
