Responsibilities

· Attend to enquiries and feedback received in person and via telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally

· Record and manage Customer Care issues and Lost & Found reports in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines

· Maintain secured custody of found property

· Update and maintain notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information

· Assist customers on facility bookings, programme registrations and handle over-the-counter payment collections

· Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions

· Identify improvements and propose recommendations to address operational challenges

Interns' duties vary but generally include :

1. Support and manage physical assets that are devoted to supporting service in theSingapore workshop. This includes managing the budget in accordance with budget control objectives.

2. Support daily repair functionand update & upgrade related service processes.

3. Support & maintain the quality, quantity, and timeliness of answers to customer’sproblems regarding installation, application, and performance of chillers.

4. Support and coordinate conference calls betweenengineers and the customers to facilitate customer satisfaction through to successful conclusion. 5. Travel for onsite service as OJTwith Senior Engineer.

6. Support and maintain consistent business communication with customers.

7. Support & plan the current&future technical service objectives.

8. Support & manage the network of 3rd party contractors.

9. Able to work extended hours whenneeded. Interns must have strong attention to detail, as well as good critical-thinking and project management skills. Intern should beable to communicate effectively and use their logical judgments, especially when dealing with adjustments and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements
