Job Description:

• Engage with our visitors proactively and faciltate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters.
• Attend to visitors' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours.
• Attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus.
• Provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances.
