Job Description:

• Attend to customers’ enquiries & issue ferry tickets.

Job Requirements:

• Min ‘N’ level or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and bilingual skills. Must be able to liaise & effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Working hours: 3 pm to 8 pm . 5-day work week on a rotation basis.
• Transport allowance provided.

1) Coordinate adhoc / consolidation booking with customer and booking of space with airline.

2) Coordinate rates quotation with airline and provide rates to sales team for quotation to customer.

3) Monitor consolidations for various destination, monitor on the space and rates.

4) Send flight schedules to customer upon confimation.

5) Arrange adhoc cargo service for customers. (Fumigation, DG declaration and packing, wooden crate packing)

6) Check uplift of shipment after lodgement to terminal.

7) Send permits and AWB to customer after flight departed.

8) Raise amendment if any to airline and destination agent.

9) Raise monitoring reports for some customer to monitor rates and load.

10) Suggest solution for customer base on their shipping needs. (Training will be provided, assistance will be given by superior.)

11) Communicate with Sales/accounts team regarding quotation and billing matters.

13) Coordinate adhoc coload booking from other coloaders.

14) To solve any problem that may arise for export cargo with destination agents.

Job Responsibilities

• Retrieve and tender cargo from/to agents at the airport cargo terminals.
• Sort incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines, including retrieval of packages that required further inspection.
• Prepare clearance documentations and verify receipt of cargo (if assigned).
• Scan all import/export packages inclusive all packages that gone through X-ray machine.
• Break bags packages into UPS air bags.
• Load and unload packages from company vehicles.
• Fork pallets and irregulars for sorting or breakdown.
• Manage contractors assigned to assist loading and unloading processes.
• And any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Secondary education or equivalent.
• Possess class 3 driving license would be preferred. Class 4 license is a plus.
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Able to carry packages up to 30kg.
• Must be able to write and speak simple English.
• Willing to work on shift (including night shifts).
• Position is based at Airport Cargo Road.

Responsibilites:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when neccessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries

Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous

The Customer Services Assistant provides assistance to customers at check-in counters. He/she ensures that passengers’ details match the information on travel documents and handles customer issues regarding flight operations and automated check-in systems. To maintain a safe working environment, he/she complies with all safety and/or security standards and reports safety and/or security breaches to officers and supervisors.

The Customer Services Assistant demonstrates professional behaviour when responding to passenger complaints and acts as a service ambassador for the organisation. He/She works in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures. He/She is physically strong to assist passengers with lifting of their baggage. Furthermore, he/she is service-oriented, possesses good communication skills as well as handles passengers with special needs in an appropriate manner.

Responsibilities:
• Process customers’ orders and cashiering duties

• Food preparation and Coffee Making

• Clear plate and tables after customers have consumed the food

• Wash up the dishes and cups that were used by customers

Working Hour:
Minimum 3 days work week

Able to work rotating shifts of 7am to 1pm, 10am to 3pm, 5pm to 11pm

Salary:
$13 per hour until 29 Feb 2024

1 March 2024 onwards, $10.79 per hour
