Performance of Duties

1.1 The Employee shall serve the Company as Customer Success Manager or such other role as the Company may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

1.2 The Employee shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Maintain overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship. Be responsible for product adoption, renewals, customer satisfaction, and references on those accounts.
• Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations
• Conduct regular meetings, including Executive Business Reviews, with the client stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure continued success with PROS Product Solutions
• Leverage internal PROS processes and protocols to resolve critical customer escalation issues and serve as the chief advocate for the customer internally at PROS
• Develop an account plan and recommendations for customers that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success
• Monitor and facilitate the customer’s adoption of PROS solution features and functionality while providing PROS with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products
• Conduct regular meetings with the client and make recommendations to ensure continued success and value realization with PROS Product Solutions
• Proactively identify key opportunities to expand and deepen the footprint of the offerings at our customer accounts – land and expand
• Establish and deepen C Level and business process owner relationships across the client
• Educate clients on self-service tools, release processes, and other programs to ensure a successful partnership
• Maintain working knowledge of each of the PROS product and service offerings
• Manage the invoicing, accounts receivable, and other commercial aspects of the customer relationship
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities of PROS products and services and ensure renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts

After Services Sales

• Provide technical support in details to customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business
• Minimum 3 years experience as service engineer of chiller systems

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limited of established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interacts with guests and members of the community. They will also coordinate with all other departments within the hotel.

This job is the Supervisory Role of Duty Manager at a full-service hotel or at a regional extended-stay hotel. Report to Rooms Division Manager. Typically supervises front desk agents, and porter/shuttle services, reservations, PBX, etc. Oversee all Trainee and staff that are in the Front Office Department

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Assists in controlling and monitoring departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
• Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest-focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation
• Prepares and administers detailed onboarding program for new staff. Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations. Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Hotel Representative - Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers while always adhering to hotel brand standards. Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge of special programs, events and current Hotel information in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests' needs
• Reports directly to and communicate with the Rooms Division Manager and/or Assistant Rooms Division Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
• Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.  Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
• Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention, personal recognition throughout the hotel and responding to guest needs and resolves related problems
• Financial Aspect - Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities. Ensures front line staffs comply with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales. Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit along with analyzing/approving discounts, rebates, refunds
• Crisis Management - Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation and fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or similar capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Related experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, written and oral skills
• Adaptable to shifting working schedules and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Outlet Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation
• Monitor the reservation status and communicate with culinary team
• Plan and control manning to meet business needs and according to budget
• Check the appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and set-up of the outlet and its related areas, and be ready before 10 minutes of the commence of each meal period
• Control outsource labour supply, casual labour and overtime
• Communicate with team during daily briefings and conduct monthly department meetings
• Ensure and conduct regular training and re-training when needed
• Maintain service, standards and procedures for the outlet and to ensure that they are achieved and followed by
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance in the outlet and related areas
• Lead the F&B team to personalize the guest dining experience and ensure the compliance of LQA standards and delivery of Service Promise
• Lead a Heartist® approach to guest experience/service with the F&B team
• Provide immediate attention to guest complaints and provide appropriate service recovery. To follow up and to establish correct procedures to prevent future recurrence
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain food quality and to create attractive food products that support the image of the outlet/hotel and incremental business volume
• Regular review of guest comments/VOG with the team and implement right solutions for continuous improvement
• Focus on the dining experience for LCAH members
• Implement, monitor, train and maintain control measures to impact food costs, beverage costs, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet and to be in line of budget
• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programmes constantly in the areas of menu engineering, profit contribution, revenue generation, productivity, pricing and costing for products used in the outlet
• Interpret financial reports: create and implement plans or promotion to improve profits for the outlet
• Compile financial data and use the data to coach the service team how to use suggestive selling to improve the overall financial performance
• Provide necessary training and guidance to F&B team and to ensure that the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offering in the premise
• Recruit, develop and retain F&B team who are competent and confident to exceed guest expectations and create successful business
• Support the F&B team to be consistent in service, use a collaborative, enabling leadership style, have regular team meeting
• Drive consistent service and process improvement, be entrepreneurial
• Use the performance review process to identify and develop talent for growth management performance issues, using a coaching styles
• Interface the needs/requirements of other departments with the F&B Service : Laundry, Property Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Front Office, Security, Finance, T&C and Culinary
• Provide a level of Safety & Security for all colleagues
• Develop own knowledge and skills to grow as a business partner and leader.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in F&B restaurant management position
• Experience in similar size/style of 5* hotel
