The Assistant/Manager, Market Access, plays a critical role in shaping the committee’s agenda to advance market access strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. You will also be responsible for:

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail management or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to drive performance and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
