- Drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potential and achieve sales targets

- Schedule the team roster to maximize sales with matching the traffic trend
- Confirm the team roster of the terminal
- Set the commission scheme with OPM and monitor commission payouts
- Proposal and working with internal teams to increase sales, such as promotions
- Report sales and plan to archive the target
- Yearly sales report and forecasting
- Half-year sales report and forecasting
- Monthly sales report and forecasting
- Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and work closely with CS team
- Review stock levels and work closely with logistics dept.
- Monitor replenishment process and ensure adequate stock level
- Ensure minimum out of stocks inconvenience for customer to maximum sales opportunities
- Ensure pleasant, attractive and safe environment in store
- Review visual merchandising in store and work closely with VMD team
- Ensure products are displayed in safe manner
- Report to Managing Director for accidents in store
- Responsible for the strict adherence to all established operational policies and procedures
- Establish policies and procedures relating to operation and ensure its adherence by all frontline staff
- Work closely with security team on STEB & LAGS regulations
- Work closely with MD team to communicate with vendors
- Work closely with Marketing team to plan promotion
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure proper handling cash in store
- Operational Processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) maintenance and updates
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, office hours.
Requirement:
- 8 years of related work experience in retail operations, preferably in a FMCG or retail environment
- Degree in Business or Management
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented
- Outgoing, dependable, pro-active
- Good organizing skill
- Able to lead and coach
- Good judgment and mature business skill with the ability to build trust with all levels
- Good interpersonal, able to interact with all levels
- Good organizing, project and time management skills
- Good customer service focus to internal and external customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
