The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. She/He will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting. In addition, the successful candidate will oversee all compliance and recognition for government contracts and grants. The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Strategy

Qualifications:

The Senior Finance Manager will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 5-10 years of broad finance experience, ideally audit experience, followed by experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

He/She will ideally have experience managing Finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex non-profit with multiple funding sources including government contracts.

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

The Agreement entered into force on 4 September 2006 with 14 Asian countries as Contracting Parties, and the Information Sharing Centre was established on 29 November 2006. To date, 21 States have become Contracting Parties to ReCAAP.

To fulfil its vision as the Information Hub for combating piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia, ReCAAP ISC enhances regional cooperation through information sharing, capacity building and cooperative arrangements.

At the 12th Governing Council Meeting in 2018, the Council announced that ReCAAP ISC has met the criteria to be a Centre of Excellence for information sharing in combating piracy and armed robbery against ships at sea.

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Warehouse in ensuring efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to the necessary safety procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
• Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
• Provide Quality Control and Assurance by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

What We Are Looking for

• Qualifications such as a diploma in Pharmacy or Supply Chain Management will be favourable
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Pharma setting
• Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development ·
