Job Title: Salesgirl / Store Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Job Overview: As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude. We are known for our exceptional customer service, so we are looking for someone who is good with names and faces, have a cheery disposition, and are able to communicate with customers clearly and pleasantly. You'll also assist in order preparation, inventory management, retail space maintenance, and cashiering duties.
Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. A minimum commitment of three shifts a week is required, including weekends. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.
Key Responsibilities:
- During the on-job training, you will be required to learn how to operate the business in order to better understand the customer's pathway and experience. You will be required to do operations from time-to-time, in order to develop a better understanding of how to improve the experience.
- Order preparation, inventory management, retain space maintenance, and cashiering duties.
- You'll also be required to mind the store independently after probation period.
Requirements:
- Integrity, Honesty, and Good Aptitude is our #1 consideration.
- A relevant diploma or degree is required, students welcome.
- Knowledge in gaming and trading card games industry is not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently either alone or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills mandatory (Google Suite, Email, Web Whatsapp and Browser-Based Apps).
