• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Job Summary

Serve as the central hub for all internal and external communications within the Senior Services, managing all media matters to ensure a consistent brand message across various platforms. Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, published resource materials, and online media content (websites, social media pages) to effectively communicate the division's initiatives and achievements. Utilise data analytics to develop engagement strategies and assist with business development.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
2. Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
3. Develop deep understanding of the industries and be attuned to MOH/AIC initiatives to support Senior Services engagement sessions
4. Forge effective partnerships with strategic stakeholders including other community care providers, RHS and other healthcare partners, and potential donors,
5. Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices
6. Work closely with volunteer and programme lead to ensure alignment of communications with Senior Services division
7. Utilise data analystics to understand effectiveness of maketing and communications effectiveness
8. Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Role Summary:

You will be responsible in leading a reliability engineering team to execute transfer technology qualification, reliability monitor, process change evaluation, and manage customer-focused reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish reliability test laboratory and manage the daily operation.
• Implement and optimize reliability test methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct qualification specifications for transfer technologies, guiding teams in the development and execution of testing methodologies.
• Manage the execution of reliability qualification processes, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely interventions for corrective actions.
• Apply advanced statistical tools and quality assurance methods to proactively detect and address potential reliability issues.
• Assess reliability risks for customer products, providing strategic guidance to mitigate potential issues.
• Manage worldwide customer reliability specifications and requirements.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE/Physics/Material Science or other related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in Integrated Circuit process and Reliability Assurance management.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, wafer-level reliability, and statistical quality control methods.
• Experience in risk assessment and developing corrective action plans.
