About the Role:

As a Corporate Secretarial Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other relevant regulations. You will lead a team of corporate secretarial professionals, provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, and manage high-value client relationships.

Requirement:

• Ensure timely and accurate filings with ACRA, maintain statutory registers, and prepare necessary resolutions and board papers.
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance, Compliance and restructuring
• Must be able to work independently and supervise and mentor a team of corporate secretarial executives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
• Continuously review and improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to changing regulatory requirements.
• Attend to notarization and legalization of documents
• Maintain and update statutory records and filing with the relevant authorities.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, a degree, or a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Flexible and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing demands.

Job Summary:

The Experience Transformation Manager position is a key role in managing initial client business development interactions and engagements that lead to large-scale platform and managed services solutions. They will work closely with both our clients and our deep solution experts to define the appropriate digital strategy that leverage Accenture Interactive’s digital marketing assets and other leading / bleeding-edge concepts and technologies. Through detailed analyses and a keen understanding of the client situation, the Digital Marketing Strategist will help shape the journey towards agile intelligent marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop global digital marketing strategy for Accenture Interactive clients including performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
• Develop requirements to ensure that digital marketing vision and recommendation translate to (and leverage) Accenture Interactive assets, products and services.
• Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level.
• Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  Client interviews / focus groups
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous/start-up environment as the business develops and scales.
• Understanding of broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scope.
• Experience with defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital marketing and development best practices to support strategy recommendations.
• Experience partnering with advertising/marketing agencies a plus.

Responsibilities

· Works on deals assigned by the business development team and supports the pursue and bids process

· Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organisation

· Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support

· Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support (including with regional & global product team), and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements

· Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”

· Support RFI/RFP’s by creating written Business Requirements into technical proposals that conforms to product solution delivery standards, that encompass regulatory, business, user, functional and non-functional requirements as appropriate

· Accurately defines dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risks

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering

· At least 5 years of Technical Solutions experience and Bids experience

· Working experience with Non-Defence government agencies and Enterprises

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

· Good stakeholder management and influencing skills covering colleagues, partners / vendors and project sponsors

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards
