Fundraising Manager (Supporters Engagement)
Salary: $3,050 during three (3) months’ probation; Upon confirmation, $3,250 and eligible for a $450 quarterly bonus.

ACRES is seeking a seasoned fundraiser to join its tight-knit team. In this role, the fundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, manage fundraising campaigns, and develop relationships with donors and supporters. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and recruiting and leading volunteers, the fundraiser will hone speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while meeting ACRES’s financial targets.
We’re looking for someone who believes in the mission of ACRES and has exceptional drive for furthering our fundraising efforts as well as strategising and delivering on new ones.
Objectives of this role
- Plan and execute fundraising initiatives to help the organisation meet financial targets.
- Form strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Keep supporters and donors up-to-date through proactive stewardship efforts.
Responsibilities
- Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in philanthropic programmes.
- Strategise and manage regular activities for individual donors, corporations, and general fundraising programmes through donor stewardship and analyses.
- Ensure that the donor database is kept up-to-date by entering data on income streams.
- Track the goals and expenditures of grants, prepare and present impact reports.
- Collate data of all fundraising activities for internal reporting purposes.
- Keep donors informed and engaged through various platforms, including quarterly newsletters, thank-you letters, supporter events, annual reports, and social media content.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and periodic staff gatherings to stay about ACRES’s activities and programmes.
- Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events.
- Work with the team to ensure that fundraising targets are met for the financial year.
- Ensure fundraising efforts comply with the fundraising code of governance set by regulatory agencies.
Required skills and qualifications
· At least two (2) years’ experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events.
· Able to work in the office at least three (3) days a week, with a two (2) days Work-From-Home, and on weekend. when required (off in-lieu hours applicable).
Preferred skills and qualifications

- Certification, diploma, or similar qualification in fundraising.
- Proficient in donor management systems (Salesforce, MailChimp, Charity Portal).
- Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters.
- Confidence in public speaking.
- Able to work in the office at least three (3) days a week, with a two (2) days Work-From-Home, and on weekend when required (off in-lieu hours applicable). You may need to return to office for meetings/events on WFH days, when needed.
Salary
$3,050 during three (3) months’ probation; Upon confirmation, $3,250 and eligible for a $450 quarterly bonus, subject to performance. All amounts indicated are before CPF deduction.
