We are the TikTok R&D team responsible for the construction of TikTok's global Customer Service Platform, which includes various services for both B-end and C-end. Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Identify and address potential issues that may arise in the sales order to delivery process and customer service.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Business Development manager to reach out to customers on a regular basis to keep them up to date on the newest commercial information.

Order Management
