What You'll Do at Pega:

1. Drive CDH Pipeline and Program Success

• Work with field sales reps to land large-scale CDH programs and secure a healthy pipeline of CDH opportunities.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for APJ CMOs and senior marketing executives to showcase the transformative impact of CDH on customer experience.
• Identify, engage, and align with the right CDH partners to strengthen market presence and expand the reach of Pega CDH.

2. Executive Client Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, particularly CMOs, to articulate CDH's value proposition and tailor solutions that meet their unique business challenges.
• Support and drive the sales organization's approach to customer engagements, leading key discussions and positioning Pega as the strategic choice for customer engagement and decisioning solutions.

3. Deployment Support with Business Excellence SMEs

• Participate in critical CDH client deployments, working closely with CDH Business Excellence SMEs to ensure successful implementations meet client expectations.
• As part of this role you will support our Business Excellence SME’s, Consulting and Partners.
• Offer guidance and provide a strategic perspective on deployment best practices, customer success planning, and business impact.

4. Sales Governance and Alignment with APJ Sales Leaders

• Partner with APJ Sales Leaders to establish, maintain, and improve the sales governance framework across the CDH business.
• Regularly review sales strategies, pipeline health, and progress against targets to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Deliver insightful reporting (sales forecast) and analysis on CDH program performance, partner ecosystem effectiveness, and key market trends.

Who You Are:

• Comfortable dealing with senior executives in marketing, retention, customer experience, (digital) channels, data and analytics, and customer value management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior business and IT managers within large blue-chip organizations.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth growth and pressurized environment
• Able to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively.
• Able to communicate and organize up, down, and across the organization to get desired outcomes.

What You've Accomplished:

• 8+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions to major organizations (or equivalent in a marketing services/consultancy/agency environment)
• Extensive knowledge of the CMO, Retention Executive, Revenue Officer, Next Best Action, predictive analytics, and real-time marketing services and products from an enterprise technology perspective.
• Thorough understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, including Paid Media & Social.

This role will have responsibility for leading the team that makes every customer in their Major Area committed to Service Now for life and have the ability to marshal all customer resources to address any customer satisfaction, adoption, professional services, or renewal challenges within their Major Area, resulting in clear accountability, consistent service and one face to the customer. 
 
This role also carries the lead responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and Success through the sale and delivery of our Impact and Services products and add-ons, as well as the relationship with Partners -- all of which are critical to the company’s short and long-term success. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Owns the overall success, renewal and growth for all customers in a defined Major Area 
• Drives the alignment of customer success, expert services and transformational resources through adoption of innovative offers combined with market leading solutions that accelerate business value for our customers 
• Focus on customer intimacy to deliver business impact and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business issues and opportunities 
• Create evangelists by listening to customers closely and delighting them with our user experience and service 
• Create growth opportunities with new product features and enhancement information 
• Build and nurture C-level relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper 
• Create a consistent and valued customer experience developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices 
• Work closely with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans and strategies to drive License Agreements, expert services and customer success. This will also require territory and portfolio planning alignment with Sales. 
• Establish relationships with leadership across sales, solution consulting, services, product, channel, and support leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment at scale 
• Effectively build and establish relationships with partner consulting organizations to enable a go-to- market strategy 
• Manage and achieve key business metrics including bookings, revenue, P&L, utilization, and expenses

• Operationalize key national/global programs as well as to ensure the team can scale to meet the needs of our customers and do more with less over time. 

Responsibilities

· Support daily operation on troubleshooting and repair of equipment related issues

· Attend to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipments.

· Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration and corrective repair works on a timely basis

· Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works.

· Proper recording of works carried out on equipments.

· Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical system faults on equipments.

· Drive improvements in equipment, product quality, productivity and safety.

· Improve machine performance and efficiency by providing effective troubleshooting, maintenance and engineering support for operations.

· Support projects such as machine upgrading, software/hardware changes, etc.

· Assist customers with queries, provide information to help what customers want or need to order, recommend items.

· Assist with customer complaints and problems. Resolve enquiries. Process refunds for customers.

· Support daily distribution operations. Assist deliveries in replenishment of company products.

· Meet set productivity and goals. Work to improve and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· Possess Diploma, NITEC, NTC-2 or ITC Mechatronic Engineering is preferred

· 2-3 years' relevant experience in automation systems and hands-on technical experience.

· Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical system

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Meticulous and result oriented.

· Able to multi-task and work under tight timeline.

· Good team player but able to work independently.

· Willingness to learn, self-motivated, possess a can-do and positive attitude.

· Resourceful in seeking out methods/solutions to solve problems and achieve targets.
