FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced food production manager to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Be sure to list the daily tasks, such as supervising production, managing inventory, and overseeing quality control, and other key duties. You will oversee delivery and development of the food offer and services, both in the restaurants and hospitality services supporting commercial initiatives, innovation, and team development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency

• Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches

• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels

• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP

• Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities

• Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results

• To ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service in all food areas to the company’s standard and to the customers’s satisfaction.

Job Description
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for driving sales revenues in targeted medical territories.
• Manage and acquire new medical accounts in various healthcare organizations.
• Build strong rapport with medical doctors and specialists.
• Implement and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide clinical information and benefits of the designated portfolio to medical professionals.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Specifically specialized with Pediatrics, OBGYNs and Dermatology is a bonus.
• Driven and confident individuals.
• MUST POSSESS A VEHICLE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

• Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities;
• Manage and handle all client contracts, including contractors and sub-contractors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks;
• Manage and handle all A&A works, including preparing technical and economical offer, planning resources and executing the job within the required deadline;
• Coordinate and enact site safety & quality programs, while making sure safety & quality policies are maintained;
• Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of the BMS/iBMS systems;
• Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide related analysis;
• Make sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met;
• Handle all the facilities planning, resource deployment, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities;
• Manage, handle, and supervise all facilities engineers and technicians, provide guidance and mentorship as well as orientation for new recruited staff;
• Develop various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues;
• Attend regular meetings with customers as well as internal departmental briefings;
• Prepare and file all relevant reports with the government and regulatory authorities as well as for internal company auditing purposes.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management/ Maintenance.
• At least 5 years of professional work experience;
• Previous managerial experience is highly recommended, especially in Facilities Maintenance, managing a team of professionals while serving multiple customer accounts. Those with short experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position;
• A working understanding of BMS, HVAC systems and Electrical systems;
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, and maintenance procedures is essential;
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
• Good knowledge in local safety and quality standards is mandatory;
• A resourceful individual with good organization and time management skills;
• Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers;

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
