Role:
The candidate will spearhead sales strategies and lead the regional teams to drive revenue growth in the Rest of Asia (ROA) region. The candidate will lead marketing intelligence analytics, expand and penetrate emerging and new markets by developing strategies to extend sales and support profitable aftermarket sales growth. The candidate is responsible for customer engagement, key performance indicators (KPIs) and targeted market segment and to promote the Company’s brand awareness. The candidate will direct customer-centric strategies initiatives to advance leading position in the region.
Responsibilities:
· Engage external senior business partners and ensure product and service level delivery, ongoing business retention and new account acquisitions.
· Maintain rapport with counterparts in other regions and alignment on CRM tools and processes as well as Global Key Account Management expectations.
· Business partner to Product Innovation Centre (PIC), Product Lifecycle Management and R&D Management.
· Build rapport with stakeholders of key accounts by maintaining a long-term customer relationship, “Win” with customers and maximizing “lifetime values” of key accounts.
· Direct implementation and execute the key target account development with SMT Solution's comprehensive product portfolio.
· Ensure successful execution of Service Excellence on after-sales service standards and delivery systems.
· Understand customer and market demands and drive efforts to achieve Customer Satisfaction Index.
· Actively identify opportunities aligning to the business activities.
· Execute development of local SMT Solutions Capabilities and Expert Knowledge competencies in ROA.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering /business-related discipline and proven track record /experience in managing successful businesses.
· Minimum 15 years of multi-faceted management experience, successfully managing and leading a medium to large sized team, preferably in the capital equipment, aftermarket services or consumables businesses.
· Expert working knowledge of electronics manufacturing industry in the field of SMT and Advanced Packaging manufacturing processes.
· Excel in managing and implementing changes and strive well under pressurised situations.
· Demonstrate maturity, confidence, self-awareness, integrity to initiate and influence change to win business.
· Strong leadership capabilities.
