Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data processing pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data

Should have good knowledge and working experience in Database and Hadoop (Hive, Impala, Kudu).

Should have good knowledge and working experience in scripting using (Shell script, awk programming, quick automation to integrating any third party tools), BMC monitoring tools
Good understanding and knowledge in Data Modelling area using industry standard data model like (FSLDM)

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
It will be good to have experience in working with No SQL as well as virtualized Database Environment

Implement data transformations, aggregations, and computations using Spark RDDs, DataFrames, and Datasets, and integrate them with Elasticsearch
Develop and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant Spark applications, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, performance, and data quality in the Spark-Elasticsearch integration
Monitor and analyze job performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations in both Spark and Elasticsearch components

Prior experience in developing banking application using ETL, Hadoop is mandatory. In depth knowledge of technology stack at global banks is mandatory.

• Minimally a bachelor degree in computer studies or equivalent
• Minimally 5 years of experience in data engineering role with financing industry, preferably in a banking environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Tabular Analysis Service, Data Warehousing, Performance tuning, data transformations and quality checks, Power BI dashing and reporting)
• Proficient in SQL
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and processes, especially Azure DevOps
• Able to design and present technical solutions to architects and to team

Job Description:

1.Nursing Education and Development

· Provide administrative and logistic support in planning, preparing, executing and evaluating the training and education for the nurses and HCAs on a daily basis to fulfil the training and learning plans.

· Support and assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of orientation, in-service and continuing education programs for all levels of nursing personnel and support care staff.

· Co-ordinate, facilitate and register internal/ external course applications.

· Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and nursing education events such as nursing seminar/conference, projects and educational activities.

· Prepare and assist nurse educators to compile educational program learning records; and to generate final report to relevant stakeholders in meaningful and timely manner.

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure quality educational sessions are delivered to learners.

· Apply CNE points for educational courses through Singapore Nursing Board website.

· Manage assets and supplies for the team

· Serve as a resource person for nurses in relation to the coordination, management and the implementation of nursing programs.

· Assist with compiling annual training calendar and tracking its utilisation.

· Ensure all nurses have valid life support certification by keep tracking of their expiry date and schedule re-certification class

2. Data Management

· Update and maintain life support database and ensure staff with their certificate expiring are scheduled for re-certification

3. Designated System User

· Perform as the designated system user in various platforms such as e-learn, CPE application, iConnect to help ensure operation needs are met within the stipulated timeline.

· Create, update and manage course request and course registration in iConnect.

General

· Coordinate the daily administrative functions of the department e.g. filing, documentation, and raising purchase requisition.

· Develop and maintain department filling system effectively and efficiently.

· Manage office matters and logistics

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
