Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients on the general enquiries pertaining to clientsā policies
- Create and modify client / agent codes and updating of clientsā information in the system
- Process and issue policies / endorsements
- Check all policies and endorsements processed
- Prepare cover letters to attach to policies for dispatch to clients
- Prepare draft policy clauses and endorsements
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics and summary of insurance for review
- Sort renewal notices and extract policy files for renewals due, prepare claims statistics and summary of insurance
- Support the maintenance of an effective policy and / or document filing system by ensuring the proper filing endorsement copies faxed by clients are being filed together with office copy
- Ensure policy jacketās accuracy and sufficient stocks are in place
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
- Prior 1 year of experience in insurance admin would be advantageous, but no prior experience needed as well!
