You will be an experienced knowledge administrator that will be maintaining various internal knowledge databases including the maintenance of the firm's physical library. You will be keeping up to date with legal trends and developments and provide the necessary trainings for the utilisation of the firm's knowledge tools. You will also assist in the digitalisation and modernisation process of the firm's various platforms and databases.
about the manager/team
You will be the sole knowledge administrator answering to the global knowledge director and the localised country knowledge counsel.
skills and experience required
You must have had experiences in knowledge management within the professional services or legal industry. Prior experiences managing physical libraries and various vendors/suppliers would be advantageous. A tech savvy and proactive individual would be desirable.
