· New role to coordinate business operations from Europe and retail partners in the region. Responsible for office administrative tasks and assist Marketing with event-related tasks.
· Coordination of invoices, shipments and payments between HQ and the region
· Assist with travel planning, hotel reservations, flight bookings for the management.
· Aid in correspondence for Senior director, such as emails, letters, packages, phone calls and appointments.
· Taking responsibility for special projects as needed

Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Business or related fields
· At least 3 years of relevant experiences or similar position with international luxury/premium brands
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and possess analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication
· Possess stable and good career history as this is a career with a well-established company carrying a highly reputable leading brand.
