If you have a few years of experience in interior design/renovations, and would like to easily double or triple your income, we would like to meet you. It is very easy to close sales with all our competitive advantages in the market. We also welcome designers without experience. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Working Location: Just opposite Paya Lebar MRT

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

- Creative thinking, innovative, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

- Meticulous, efficient, well organized and able to multi-task

- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

1. Create design concepts and artworks to support marketing initiatives and presentations for the healthcare industry

2. Create and produce dynamic instruction video and packaging design for healthcare products

3. Work with the Design and Sales teams to develop and recommend creative graphic designs and effective marketing initiatives

4. Select appropriate medium and technology to support marketing messages

5. Develop and maintain a library of past creative works and well organized for easy retrieval

6. Keep track of industry trends and perform market research in design and content of healthcare products (especially competitors’ activities)

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Design or a graphics related qualification

2. 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience

3. Good application of various graphic design techniques and media

4. Proficiency in webpage design is a plus

5. Good English proficiency for copywriting, proofreading and optimisation of content

6. A team player with good communication skills and a “can do” mindset

7. Able to manage multiple projects and social media channels concurrently

Job Scope

Social Media (50%)

• Manage all social media platforms for Triple P’s business portfolio and our coworking spaces.
• Handle the pre-conceptualization to post-production of social media assets across different target audience and mediums, aligned with our brand content pillars.
• Able to develop high-quality creative content from static to video content.
• Able to do monthly analytics and propose suitable actional recommendations for future postings.

Graphic Design (30%)

• Designing and creative works for Triple P’s business portfolio and our coworking spaces.
• Drive brand visibility from online and offline channels, not limited to facade branding works.
• Design works include member’s projects which include signage curation and branding support, varies on project basis.
• Curate community event posters and ensure brand is aligned across all marketing collaterals.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Canva platform.

Project Related Tasks and Others (20%)

• Capability to support the Marketing Manager in executing special projects.
• Experience in handling professional photoshoots for office spaces, networking events, and any as deemed required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or equivalent
• Familiar with Adobe software suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
