Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns, leveraging qualified leads provided by the company.
• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects brand values.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a sense of community.
• Stay updated on social media trends and industry best practices to keep our approach fresh and effective.
• Prepare reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness for management review.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree or diploma but with many years of experience are also welcome to apply!
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and social media management platforms is preferred.
• Highly committed, driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Positive, vibrant personality with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Capable of overseeing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring smooth transitions between phases.
• Meticulous, passionate, and an excellent communicator with strong time management skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking audiences.
