Job Scope

- Assist in creating and developing 2D/3D graphic visuals, designs, and concepts for exhibitions, roadshows, retail stores, and other events.

- Ensure that the design aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives, offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

- Translation of concept drawings into production drawing

- Work and coordinate closely with the Operations and Production teams to ensure that design concepts are feasible for execution and proposals are submitted on a timely basis.

- Play an active role in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for improving the design and overall presentation of the project.

- Perform any duties/responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Requirements

- Recently graduated OR currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Event/Exhibition design or relevant field

- Knowledge of software in Sketchup/3D Max/Photoshop CS3/AutoCAD.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) is a plus

- Creative individual with attention to detail

- Good working attitude, willing to adapt and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills

- Able to commit to 3-6 months of Full-time Internship

As a Creative talent, you will be reporting to the stakeholders where you will collaborate closely with to bridge the gap between design, creative strategy, visual storytelling and innovative design approaches to achieve the overall business objectives. Roles:

• Lead, align and develop the design vision for the Brand with the overall brand identity and objectives.
• Oversee creative projects, driving the continuous development of visual assets across all channels (websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, and social media). Ensure these assets are scalable and are informed by user insights, business goals.
• Develop and implement design strategies to craft seamless and impactful content user journeys across all our digital platforms.
• Supervise and ensure timeliness of delivery and high standards of quality for all creative output, including but not limited to visual design and video production.
• Ensure all creative solutions crafted are strategically aligned, differentiated and resonate with the target audience, users, drivers & strategic partners
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, preferences, pain points, and motivations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and innovations in design, digital and physical experiences, and physical, including user research findings, competitor strategies, industry content marketing advancements, and evolving target audience motivations.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience working in creative, design or a related field
• Strong advocate of brand innovation and storytelling, with the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visuals and designs. Proven past projects & use cases
• Good proficiency in responsive UI / UX design principles, capable of crafting engaging digital experiences and content across various channels and platforms.

As a Social Media Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media content strategies to enhance Geolah’s online brand presence, engage with audiences & user groups, support the overall marketing goals. Working closely with Marketing Manager & stakeholders. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. You will be responsible to manage the end-to-end social media channels, budget and performance

Roles:

• Content Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing social media content strategies aligned with client objectives. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content decisions. Collaborate with the marketing manager & stakeholders to define content goals and KPIs.
  Create compelling and engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, Website, Mobile app etc).
• Able to develop visually appealing graphics, illustration images, and short videos to accompany social media posts. Write and edit clear and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines. Monitor and adjust the content calendar based on real-time events and trends. Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Generate reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, competitions and emerging platforms. Suggest innovative ideas and creative approaches to enhance social media presence.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We're looking for fresh cats to join our Creative Events Team as Graphic Design Intern, where you will learn to conceptualise and come up with multi-disciplinary projects.

Duration: 3-6 Months (opportunity for extension)

What you will do:

• Assist Creative Director in research, conceptualise and develop ideas for creative proposals
• Space planning and graphic designs for event collaterals (digital and print)
• Design campaign social media visuals and schedule posts
• Liaise with event contractors for print production and logistics
• Source for suppliers and materials
• Provide on-site support for assigned events including set-ups and tear-downs

Ideally we’d like you to have:

• Diploma/ Degree in Visual Communications or related disciplines in other similar field
• Independent and responsible individual to coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Wondrous attitude at work and able to think on your feet with the agility to respond quickly
• Strong graphic communication and design skills
• Proficient knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D modelling software is a plus
