• Degree in the civil/structural discipline.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to civil projects
• Experience in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation.
• Experience in LTA projects is an adventage.

• Engineer in the civil/structural discipline with at least a degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to civil projects, including at least five (5)years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation.
• Experience in LTA projects is an adventage.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
• Develop design / detailed drawings
• Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
• Source competitive quote/materials / samples
• Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects
• Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel and any other design software
• Creative conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
• Good communication skill for client management & presentation
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
