• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp software
• Select appropriate materials, colors, lighting, and furniture to create cohesive and visually appealing designs
• Create mood boards, presentations, and design proposals to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design concepts are executed accurately and efficiently
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and design techniques to provide innovative design solutions

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with SketchUp is preferred
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a diploma from any field will also be considered
• Strong creativity and design skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

JOBSCOPE:

1. Plan and execute videography services such as corporate interviews, events, social media videos, product videos, testimonials etc.
2. Do photography works for Company's projects.
3. Post production editing of video content.
4. Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
5. Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads, and headphones.
6. Create animations, visual effects, music and sound effects for post video production.
7. Brainstorm for creative ideas for content.
8. Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to asset delivery.
9. Planning of storyboards for clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or Media or equivalent
2. Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
3. Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting production.
4. Knowledge of photography and videography skills
5. Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
6. Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
7. Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D Modelling / 2D Drafting / Thermal & Flow Stimulation using computer-aided design software (Solidworks, 3D CAD tools, etc.).
• Understand the project and task scope assigned and work accordingly to complete the project within the deadline.
• Must ensure that the final designed product quality and deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.
• Monitor and achieve departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets related to project delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager/ Staff Engineer to ensure daily engineering tasks are well-controlled, monitored, and on track.

Requirements

• Studies in any Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, E&E, Precision Engineering)
• Min 5 years of Product Design competence, good troubleshooting capability.
• Proficient in Solidworks, GD&T or any 3D CAD Tools. Knowledge of Flow & Thermal Simulation is an added advantage.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of GSS & PDM system is advantageous.
• Possess knowledge in semiconductor testing environment.

• Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to building management to obtained PTW

Requirements :

• 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate
