Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.

• Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office suite, Revit
• Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce a good design concept

• Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production
• Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules
