We are looking for a highly skilled AI Development Engineer with expertise in Python development and AWS cloud environments. In this role, you will focus on integrating and embedding AI capabilities into our products, as well as developing native AI applications leveraging mature AI technologies. While deep AI expertise is not mandatory, a solid understanding of AI concepts will be advantageous.

The Network Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to network infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. • 2 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches (e.g. Cisco routers and switches, etc), firewall products (e.g. CheckPoint, Forcepoint, etc.), F5 Load Balancers, AAA, NTP, IPS

Mission

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project and organization.
• Plan and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments. This involves evaluating the customer's location, infrastructure, and specific requirements to determine the ideal setup and deployment for the robot.
• Responsible for setting up, commissioning the robot on-site and ensuring the robot is ready for operation.
• Perform thorough testing, identify and troubleshoot errors/failures and implement appropriate solutions to resolve the issues promptly.
• Handle repairs and maintenance tasks for the robot. This involves conducting regular maintenance activities as per the SOP/guidelines and addressing any breakdowns or equipment failures.
