Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring quality control in semiconductor manufacturing processes, managing engineering changes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into the production line with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Manage quality control for engineering changes in wafer fabrication, including reviewing change requests, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the quality of incoming masks through inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with mask suppliers to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the response to major abnormal events in the wafer fab, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage RMAs and work with customer quality teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or other related engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

The vision of our research program is to retain the workflows of software construction as they exist today in the form of Continuous Integration (CI) systems, and yet support automated software evolution with formal correctness guarantees, thereby engendering trust in automatically generated code. As Facilities Utilities Engineer of Global Construction team, you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities Line Planning Group responsible for overseeing and managing the analytical duties related to facility utilities planning program, assisting in the planning and design of facilities construction and expansion projects. You will be responsible for managing Micron Facility utilities consumption assessment process, analyzing facility future needs and resource utilization analysis.

• Collect, classify, evaluate utilities data and information used in supporting the facilities utilities consumption management and capital program.
