SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Min. 3 years of experience in working in one or more scripted and compiled programming languages (Golang, Java, C++)
• General knowledge of multiple languages: Golang, Java, Python, Perl, Shell, C++
• Prior experience of Linux, Devops, SRE, security controls, infrastructure (storage / networks / etc.)
• Experience working on large scale distributed systems
• Passionate about the software development process and facilitating high frequency / high quality change across a vibrant and diverse user community.
• Experience building open-source libraries and software on Linux.
• Team player, eager to work in a global organization.

• Passionate in memory cell, periphery and defectivity process, product failure modes
• Solid knowledge in semiconductor device physics. Knowledge in CMOS and NAND cell reliability physics is a must
• Experience in FMEA is a must, FMEA in multiple domains is a plus, fault isolation expertise is a strong plus
• Experience with statistical analysis is a must. Knowledge in reliability statistics is a plus

• Liaise closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.
• Troubleshoot digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Communication Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of developing SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp stage experience with Advantest V93k or Teradyne Uflex/Iflex.
