We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive professional to provide end-user support and assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across both Mac and Windows operating systems. Key Responsibilities

End-User Support:

• Provide technical support to internal users on both Mac and Windows OS devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and system configurations.
• Respond promptly to IT support tickets, offering timely resolutions or escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed.

System Maintenance & Configuration:

• Perform operating system installations, software setups, and updates on Mac and Windows platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user hardware and software, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally.
• Support the setup and configuration of email, network connectivity, and other IT systems.

Hardware & Software Support:

User Account Management:

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the proper provisioning and deprovisioning of systems, applications, and access rights.

Network & System Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues affecting both Mac and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, Wi-Fi, and internal network access for remote and onsite employees.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards across both Mac and Windows OS platforms.
• Monitor and apply security patches, antivirus definitions, and system updates to protect against malware and cyber threats.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation for IT incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Provide regular reports on recurring technical issues, user satisfaction, and system performance to the IT department.

Training & Support:

• Offer guidance and training to employees on the effective use of both Mac and Windows OS systems, applications, and tools.
• Create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation to help users troubleshoot common issues independently.

Job Specifications:

Education: A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience providing helpdesk support in an IT environment, specifically supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Technical Skills Required:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Mac OS (macOS) and Windows OS environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware Support: Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals for both Mac and Windows systems.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify additional needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Team Development and Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.
• This position is responsible for the execution of live studio programming using a Vizrt Mosart Automation system. The responsibilities include but are not limited to using studio equipment to build effects and templates for coding and execution of studio shows via Octopus rundowns.
• Co-ordinate the planning and production of News and Current Affairs programmes output to ensure that editorial intentions are met, and highest production standards maintained. The individual will be equipped with the right skills and new/developing tools to deliver high quality production.
• Set the direction and work with studio crew on duties on the requirements to facilitate and execute an error-free studio production.
• Work primarily in the studio but occasionally will be needed in the field for outdoor news broadcast.
• In the fast paced nature of news, the individual is required to provide guidance to the studio and production crew on the last minute changes and issues that may happen on during production.

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
• At least 2 years in production, preferably studio/live production but other production acceptable as well.

JOB SUMMARY

• Be part of the Wealth Planning and Family Advisory (WP & FA) team based in Singapore and the wealth advisory business for Standard Chartered’s Private Banking (‘PvB”) in Singapore. The individual should be working with relationship managers, team heads and market heads to develop client relationships and conversations using the different topics and subject matters which a wealth planner and family advisor should be able to leverage. The individual should support the Head of Wealth Planning and Family Advisory in Singapore in driving strategy implementation, business growth, value proposition offerings, people agenda and key internal and external partnerships to help the Regional Head in Singapore build the overall PvB business. The individual should also provide technical support to PvB RMs based in Singapore with the sale and maintenance of fiduciary services and assist in making referrals of their clients who are looking for insurance offerings to third party brokers.
• The individual will support Private Bank in bringing in new clients and relationships while maintaining and deepening existing clients and relationships. This is to be accomplished while giving appropriate consideration on maintaining product integrity, minimising risk, avoiding litigation and achieving NNM and other business targets. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Drive profitable growth by acquiring, deepening, and retaining client relationships with HNW and UHNW clients

E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees brand integrity, messaging, and strategy alignment across all stages in the marketing funnel and marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals.
• Liaise with digital media and identify opportunities for media coverage fit for the brands.
