We are currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Intern.

The right candidate will assist in content creation, social media marketing, play a part in our strategic digital marketing campaigns, and other brand touch points. An excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to experience and develop end-to-end marketing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation (photography, videography, editing, copywriting) for website, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram

• Assist in Social Media Management of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

• Community Management

• Assist in Overall Planning, Conceptualisation, Execution and Reporting of Strategic Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in EDM Design & Development

• Support General Design Needs of the Company

• Other Ad-hoc Projects/Duties Assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, especially in writing

• Ability to execute basic photography and videography with editing

• Familiar with TikTok & video editing tools

• Equipped with basic photoshop, illustrator and/or Canva design skills

• Passionate, vibrant, independent, fast-learner

• Strong sense of design with a keen eye for detail

Join our philanthropic foundation as a Digital Marketing & Branding Intern, where you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining our online presence. You will help to define and refine the foundation’s brand positioning, develop and implement guidelines to ensure a consistent image that effectively communicates our core pillars of impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining social media accounts to engage audiences and promote our mission. Platforms might include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Creating a new mode of public engagement by showcasing our historic property
• Managing and updating our website with fresh content and events
• Assisting with branding initiatives, including designing visuals and refining the identity of the foundation
• Supporting all marketing and communications matters promptly and professionally
• Assisting with general and administrative work where required

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Analyst Intern

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Perform analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help drive business decisions.
• Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data insights

2. Business Analyst Intern

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in conducting user research and analysis to support business decisions
• Work with development team and stakeholders to establish delivery timeline, key milestones, resource needs, monitor delivery progress, including in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing

3. Quality Engineer Intern

• Assist in the development, execution and maintenance of test cases based on requirements to ensure proper software functionalities
• Assist in the creation, execution and maintenance of automation test suite
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory test on web, mobile applications and APIs

1. Data Analyst Intern

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Ability to clearly present findings and collaborate with business stakeholders.

2. Business Analyst Intern

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.

3. Quality Engineer Intern

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, JUnit) is beneficial.
• Strong ability to identify and document defects and ensure software meets specified requirements.

Our Company – Digital Information Technology (DIT) department is seeking an intern who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different teams within the DIT department.

We are looking for a motivated and talented, self-driven information technology individual to join our team. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional work environment, giving you sufficient exposure in a working project.

1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. This includes front facing applications and resolving internet and network access issues, providing network printer support, network troubleshooting.

2.Involve in project planning, system testing, cut over preparation work and roll out for Technology Refresh of bandwidth, firewall, switches, access points to ensure network connectivity is in accordance with MENDAKI’s standards.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to project implementation, cybersecurity exercises and management of IT assets.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.

5.Other duties as assigned.

Our Company – Digital Information Technology (DIT) department is seeking an intern who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different teams within the DIT department.

We are looking for a motivated and talented, self-driven information technology individual to join our team. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional work environment, giving you sufficient exposure in a working project.

1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. This includes front facing applications and resolving internet and network access issues, providing network printer support, network troubleshooting.

2.Involve in a CRM project implementation. From the start of the system life cycle which includes requirements study, design and build, testing and documentation. This involves a deployment of 200 staff’s strength including a MENDAKI’s portal for our public users.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to a full CDLC cycle of project implementation.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.
