• Counter duties (inclusive of handle enquiries & fee collection)
• Scheduling student’s lessons and working closely with teachers on their scheduled lessons.
• Ensure timely collection of school fees for two studios
• Provide excellent customer services to customers or email enquiries
• Able to handle and follow up registration and payment
• Update of system record and ensure accuracy of data
• Handle requests and sale of materials, Instruments and books
• Providing administrative and operational support
• Maintain student database and prepare invoices
• Provide facilities management for studios

Job description / responsibilities:

• Propose interior design ideas for a given project accordingly to client’s requirement. This process may require listening to zoom calls between seniors / management and the client for the purpose of understanding the requirements and for information collection.
• Produce 3D drawings using Coohom accordingly to client’s requirements. This will require you to be physically in the office in order to use and match the correct laminate / materials.
• The due date for each project will be given by the Company’s designers. This includes the first completed rendering and the consecutive revisions thereafter.
• The timeline given shall follow the standard market practice of 1 to 2 weeks for first completed render, 5 to 10 days for revisions.
• Expose and adapt to the role of an interior designer.

Note: Candidates with 1 Year Experience will have added advantage

What will you do?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Produce high quality & engaging digital design across desktop, mobile, web ready graphic, basic print production and event media.
• Social media and online strategy and marketing, including creative thinking, copywriting (Japanese), visual content, and video editing assignments.
• Interpreting the task’s need and developing a concept or solution to suit its objectives
• Work closely with Content team, Product groups and sometimes external partners (Collaboration)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned.

• Tertiary education in Multimedia Design or relevant disciplines
