• Deliver Brand P&L including top line, bottom line, share and equity growth for the Japan market

QUALIFICATIONS

About the opportunity:

The role of Account Director is to act as a lead liaison between clients, client partners and the Agency, and will focus on all account management initiatives. You will work closely with the clients and your manager in identifying short and long term needs and objectives; craft appropriate strategies as well as identify and implement quality solutions to achieve client goals. Key Qualifications

2) Experience: At least 15 years of progressive experience in LNG trading or energy markets, with 3 years in a senior leadership role.

3) Technical Skills: Deep understanding of LNG trading markets, hedging strategies, and supply chain dynamics.

4) Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive organizational growth, manage diverse teams, and make high-stakes decisions.

5) Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret market trends and data.

6) Communication: Exceptional skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and public speaking. Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong speaking, writing, reading, and listening abilities to effectively liaise with management at the Beijing headquarters.
