Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management

• Trust establishment, from getting referrals from partners to formally setting up Trust
• Work together with Trust lawyers and Tax lawyers to facilitate Trust establishment
• Facilitate to fulfill Trustrelated paperwork and documentation
• Develop and maintain strong long-term key clients’ relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, ensuring they are engaged in a professional and timely manner and capture referral opportunities.

2. Institutional Relationship Management

• Strengthen and expand relationships with institutions e.g. tax advisors, law firms, family offices, wealth management institutions, asset management companies, etc.

3. Financial Management

• Deliver or exceed allocated New Business Revenue target

4. Risk Management/Compliance

• Ensure licensed Vistra entities remain compliant with prevailing local and international legislation
• Comply with compliance requirements and adapt to an AML/CFT culture.

5. People and Operational Management

• Maintain own fiduciary specialist knowledge as well as knowledge of products and those of the intermediary/wealth management market in general

Key Requirements:

• STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Trust or Private Client space
• Prior business development experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
• Ability to identify client needs and market trends
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal format

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team to develop, drive, and manage a robust Leadership Development (LD) curriculum under School of Leadership and Management Operations. This includes addressing leadership development needs across various management levels, from junior supervisors to Senior Management and high-potential employees, aligning with the strategic demands of the organisation and the Whole-of-Government (WOG) Leadership Competency framework.
• Strengthen the leadership pipeline by incorporating best practices in adult learning and staying current with the latest trends in leadership development, executive training, and technology.
• Design and conduct effective stand-up training sessions for Senior Management, utilising appropriate learning solutions.
• Lead data-driven analysis of leadership performance by overseeing the administration of 360-degree feedback for Middle Managers to Senior Management.
• Foster a mentoring and coaching culture with the Board by driving a framework that integrates philosophy, strategy, practices, initiatives, and desired behaviours. This is to support and enhance both on-the-job training and formal learning, accelerating leadership development and growth through purposeful guidance.
• Stay abreast of emerging practices in leadership and organisational development, as well as advancements in learning design and technology.
• Oversee the operations of the School of Leadership and Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
