The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with a cross-discipline team of technology talent, strategists and producers to invent and execute innovative solutions across a diverse range of channels including digital, mobile and bank branches.
• Plays a key role in developing and managing the implementation of the digital product suite (Citibank Online and Citi Mobile App) for existing customers across businesses
• Plays a key role in managing digital governance and controls, with a sharp focus on clean execution and tightening process
• Manages issues and complaints on the platform including end-to-end tracking of critical incidents, internal governance and controls forum reporting
