Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly report submission and Portfolio Analysis Report submission.
• Develop and implement investment strategies, frameworks, and tactics.
• Utilize market pricing and congestion knowledge to support asset sales and maximize returns.
• Evaluate investment opportunities with a comprehensive understanding of risk, reward, and overall portfolio construction.
• Manage daily investment activities, ensuring adherence to investment SOPs and operational workflows.
• Assist in other strategic initiatives and activities as assigned by your line manager.

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain and trading or finance/ banking/ payments industry.
• Proven experience in investment management or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and public engagement skills.
• Proficiency in investment software and tools.
• Strong understanding of market trends and investment strategies.

BitDATA Exchange is growing our institutional sales team and looking for passionate, driven individuals with experience liaising with institutional clients.

This role will leverage relationship development and account management skills, process creation and management ability to educate, introduce and inspire new investment with major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.

What you will do:

· Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)

· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs

· Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers

· Analysis of user behaviour, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions

The Candidate:

· At least 3 years of working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc.

· Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc.

· Strong communication, ability to be flexible in various situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, and ability to work under pressure.

· Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision.

· A good understanding of assets/ blockchain space.

· Good proficiency of English, and conversational Mandarin is required to liaise with counter parties.
