Graphic Design - Intern

• Work closely with our Internal creative and Marketing team
• Assisting in Creation of short video suitable for social and website
• Assisting in Design and layout marketing materials, such as advertisements, banners, and promotional materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing/enrolled in Diploma or degree in graphics, media or web design, or equivalent
• Knowledge of relevant technical tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

Contract length: 3 Months (renewable)

1. Curate suitable social media content to optimize outreach and engagement on relevant platforms.
2. Drive our content marketing strategy across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and email, to enhance engagement and conversions.
3. Create compelling visuals that align with our brand, enhancing both digital and offline presence, improve our content marketing strategy across social channels, focusing on content creation and publishing.
4. Create visual assets to support marketing and branding campaigns.
5. Assist in developing scalable design solutions and templates.
6. Maintain brand standards and guidelines.
7. Actively contribute to the design process and creative production.

Responsibilities:

- Create engaging social media content for our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

- Develop strategies for website enhancement

- Design marketing collaterals online and offline, and assist in sales team in creation of artwork for physical stores

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaign

- Monitor and track social media metric to evaluate success of campaigns

- Stay up-to-date for social media trends

Requirements:

- Relevant diploma in Marketing/Art/Design courses' to 'Currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing/Art/Design courses'

- Passion for marketing related design and content creation

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, After Effects

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Analyse user requirements

• Develop Web Apps

• Maintain and update website

Mobile Apps development:

• Design mobile apps

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a full-time degree/diploma in Information Technology, Communications, or related field
2. Be responsible and ensure assigned tasks are completed
3. Good team player and able to work independently
4. Familiarity with UX design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
